About us

Hypetex is now part of Oxeon, the company behind TeXtreme®.

Hypetex specializes in sustainable colouring technology for carbon fibre and other advanced materials, using water-based resins and nano pigments that add colour directly at the point of production. This removes the need for expensive paints or coatings, resulting in a premium, coloured aesthetic straight from the mould while reducing weight and finishing costs. Hypetex’s materials are used across industries including automotive, aerospace, yachting, consumer electronics and lifestyle products.

TeXtreme®, meanwhile, is renowned for its spread-tow carbon fibre technology, which produces ultra-flat, low-crimp fabrics and UD tapes. This gives exceptional stiffness-to-weight performance and a smooth, premium finish — ideal for weight-critical, high-performance structures across the Aerospace/Space, Automotive, Sporting Goods and Industrial segments.

Together, Hypetex and TeXtreme now offer a combined portfolio: high-performance, low-crimp carbon fibre reinforcements paired with sustainable, integral colourisation — enabling customers to create products that are both structurally optimised and visually striking.

Key Benefits

Our Mission

To be the number one provider of quality coloured advanced materials and end-to-end services for projects that utilise our materials.

Sustainability

At Hypetex Coloured Advanced Materials, we believe that embracing advanced materials should not come at a cost to our environment.

By using eco-resins for colourisation, we eliminate the need for harmful paints. Additionally, our paint-replacing technology significantly reduces energy needs for paint application and shortens the time required for additional finishing processes, resulting in lower carbon emissions.

To continuously improve our environmental footprint, Hypetex CAM has signed up for the ESG framework and is committed to working towards a circular economy.
